Relax You're Fine What happens when you have linkens andthe orb buff is placed on you? Linkens triggers first I presume but does it do the damage?

Relax You're Fine do u guys know if theres a cap on axes culling blade dmg? i think it was like a million dmg if it was a killing blow in dota 1 would it reflect that kinda dmg or just however much hp it took to kill the target
stuperman634 this is a good questions, but i think it would reflect the whole move in general. so once you use culling blade and it kills a target with the lotus effect, the culling blade will be used on you and you and it will check to see if your hp passes that threshold........ so even if it did 9999 damage to the original target it wouldn't necessarily do that to the original caster.... or at least that is what i think would happen.... i could be wrong tho
shinom0ri The shell reflects the skill first and the Linken's blocks the damage. But keep in mind that someone else doing damage to you after that will get through since the Linken's is down. - dpmlicious
Dylan Nyein. I can't directly reply to your comment for some reason. Maybe your settings. Echo shell doesn't reflect friendly spells, even though the description doesn't specify that. - dpmlicious

They added different replacements for BKB instead of further nerfing it. It seems that for the most part you will have to pick between Linken's Sphere, BKB, Pipe of Insight, Lotus Orb or Glimmer Cape. We already got many item options for dealing and countering rightclick damage. Now we got options to counter spell damage and some for dealing it (lower cooldown is new for example) .

Do you know what happens if Duel is used? Does it count as two instances of Duel, so you'll get double the damage for a win?
***** i think someone test it & said two Duels & if LC killed you she will die too & she will not credit the kill it will just say X killed by dire/radiant.. weird shit.
I've read on reddit that duel works normally, but nobody gets the extra damage.

Caesar Khan Interesting. I think a couple of bugs might still be around, so let's see if those interactions change. Both the LInkens and Lotus will activate. So, you won't take damage and the skill will be fired back. - dpmlicious

Relax You're Fine I saw another video, with Rubick and Tide vs Meepo with Aghs and max ulti. A Meepo was echoed, Rubick used ulti, then Tide came closer and all the Meepos managed to steal the Ravage and use it individually. Damn. That's game breaking stuff right there. I still have yet to see what happens if say Lina casts lotus on herself then ults someone with lotus active on them.

I see it more as a support item. If the enemy team has too many disables like lion or too many hexes.

You can get a hero perma echo shell. I think this item is not that good, linkens is way better

How about venge's nether swap? Lol swap while lotus is active and you'll reverse swap!
ram zee Essentially, the Venge gets swapped back to her original position, so it's as if nothing happened. :) This is true UNLESS the hero with the Echo Shell also has a Linken's Sphere. If the Linken's Sphere pops, then they swap positions. This is because the Linken's blocks the first swap, but the reflected swap goes through. ROFL! - dpmlicious
i just gotta share this, i still havent used the new 6.84 items. only glimmer cape and lotus orb. glimmer is fine (while you invi you get a fancy effect hooray shiny butterfly )

The story is that, that one time when we really cant push in to the enemies base, and the game was like, back and forth, and i could feel the networth graph is just swinging in either sides favor, then it suddenly hit me, why dont i go crazy? then i build lotus orb, let my teammate have the effect, and boom! it worked like magic! and yeah the second time yeah it did let us win the game. But the 3rd time it was few hours ago, it was like my first try with lotus, we cant push directly, enemy has bad offenses (bad initiations) but their defense went up when they began turtling into their base. But then, I remembered i called this item 'The Game Changer' lotus orb. Man!, this actually worked like magic, AGAIN!

Can you fountain an enemy by using Bara's charge or if not then cliff them or take them away from a team fight?
MCGamesDotNet No. They can cancel it any time. So, he wouldn't go into the fountain, end up on a cliff or leave a team fight. The only time that might happen is if the player is shocked at what is going on and forgets or doesn't know he can cancel it. - dpmlicious

Kai MacDonnell It's cool down is 17s and it lasts for 6s. So, if your team had 3 of them, you could eternally have one teammate in the Echo shell as long as each holder has the mana for it (100 mana to activate). But having the shell can backfire, like if there is an enemy Lina and she gets a Blademail. She will ulti you, you return the ulti, but that damage returns to you. XD - dpmlicious

Forelle It's currently glitched. Right now, if you use the buff and you get spell stolen, you spell steal spell steal as a spell for yourself.

NDDanimations If your tream has 3 lotus orbs you can eternally have one player in the Echo shell if you wanted to, as long as all three heroes have 100 mana to recast it (keep in mind they have 17-18s to regen some mana too). It lasts 6s and the CD is 17s. =) - dpmlicious

Sven, the Rogue Knight If someone with Echo shell is charged by SB, he can just stop charging by clicking somewhere else. He isn't forced to meet up with him. =) - dpmlicious

Chester Nguyen Of course. Except for Agha Laguna, which ignores magic immunity. And some skills that can be used on a magic immune unit/hero but no damage done, like Bane's Fiend's Grip and Pudge's Dismember.

Mark Aaen Liken and Lotus Orb are different though. For example, with Lotus Orb you still take the damage. A Linken's also stops the Doom from happening, but a Lotus Orbs just means you're silenced by it as is the Doom. Also, it is easier to punish someone who got a Lotus Orb, for example, getting blademail, so you will get twice the damage they deal to you. - dpmlicious
