If you’re watching the news, you don’t have to buy a lot of things since the stores will still be opened, for lockdown, you will still be allowed to pick up things from the store, go to your doctor’s appointments, buy gas… alcohol not needed since you’ll be inside the house all the time, wash hands w/ soap & water for 29 seconds

Sana all meron stock na foods kami dito sa Cebu rice lang at canned goods ubos na rin malunggay na tanim namin sa kakasabaw 😭😷. Pero ate na papansin ko po kasi sa freezer, dapat po kasi hindi dapat sinasama ang mga fruits and vegetables sa meat frozens maybe same freezer pero sa isang shelf or lalagyan dapat sama-sama ang meats tapos sa isang shelf din ang vegs and fruits. Ganito kasi ginagawa namin.

@@xgutterflowers natutunan ko kasi ito sa parents ko which is ito ang ginagawa talaga namin. And also through watching Hell Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares from Gordon Ramsay na favorite shows ko. Di dapat talaga sinasama sa isang shelf ang meats sa fruits and veggies. Then you should put labels kung kailan ito nilalagay sa freezer. Plus cooked meat or meals also be separated to uncooked meat and veggies. To avoid contamination which might cause spoiling of foods. Idk if I am right on what I'm writing here but we are practicing this.

Pesto alla genovese , if you can grow some basil plants in your garden , you can make pesto at home , ako sa mga paso' ko lang itinanim ang basil then namumulot ng pinoli/ pines nuts then i clean them , i blend it and basil leaves, garlic (optional), salt, olive oil and parmisan cheese ( but ako yung parmisan i add it when the pasta is done). I divide the pesto into plastic cups and freeze. Thanks for the video .

If you cough without the mask, cough on the area omMf the elbow. Distancing about 6 feet, avoid going out to crowded places. Avoid traveling. If possible stay home. The virus spread through droplet which can spread within 6 feet. Hand hygiene, mask, if possible gloves is available and isolation of the infected individual. I think people will learn to take CoV19 seriously if they get infected. Just like in the tv today he was infected with CoV19 luckily he survive. This Pandemic is serious.

Sorry there is no stock of mask even in medical supply. They only have alcohol prep. I went to Walmart to pick up my groceries and I found alkaline water you cannot get more than 2. A family member has renal failure and uses alkaline water so, I told the manager I needed 10 bottles until our orders will come next week. About detergent soap you are allowed to get only one. There is really massive shortage of commodities.
