Good job guy's, I did this hike on the 1st week of Sept 2016, went solo for 7 days. As you can see a good rain fly is a must, I did the hike out in 2 days as I am a little older than you 2, 56. your footage brings back great memories. Well done

I did this hike except the fist campsite area was all booked up (so we had to book the campsite up near the glacier, the only one not booked, and we had to hike to the 2nd maybe the third one?) right before the glacier. It was a bit brutal to do the entire hike in one day with 50lbs on your back, we started a very small twig fire in the glacier river rocks clear in the open to boil a cup of water and a ranger came and told us we had 24hours to leave the mountain. (evicted). then had to come all the way back down the next day. Would do it again but be sure to book your campsite they are very strict with the rules of where you can sleep and in regard to making a fire ( you can't make any fires at that time we were there). going down was way harder, got shin splints. oh ya and it rained all night in the same spot you guys got dumped on too.

Excellent! The variety of shots, timely slowdowns, and great time-lapses all added to a great film. On top of that, your personalities seemed to come through, but not dominate. My biggest question is how did you get a GoPro to last that long? I have 3 batteries and they are all shot long before I can accumulate that much footage. Just curious. Mainly, I applaud you for an extremely entertaining and beautiful movie.

thanks so much! ahh ya I actually filmed on my DSLR (Canon SL1) with about 4 extra batteries. The key is to really conserve battery life and plan out your shots before you film them. And thankyou once again!!

Makes sense. My DSLR batteries do last much longer. And it makes sense that you were using your DSLR because your images were so crisp. Great, great stuff.
