i know it wasn’t your intent, but when you say greatest lord, the implication by the very wording of such a sentence is indicative of the notion that there are multiple “lords.”
Like, you know, “The House of lords,” or “landlords.” All made up by fallible men (not even women, and Mary never referred to herself as “Jewish” or “Christian,” nor did Moses or The son of Mary, not even Abraham!) who are no longer even present to defend & vouch for such outrageous claims.
The words Christian and Jewish came AFTER Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph.

Allah, within the Semitic language of Arabic, semantically and etymologically can be broken down into a simple meaning.

There aren’t multiple lords:
Only One.
I understand English isn’t your first language, but wording and language is very important.
When you say the greatest lord, it implies there are lesser lords or other lords that are not as great, which is factually and patently false. I know, it wasn’t your intent.
The point of the Quran is to clarify this point
Those who claim to be jews refer to their leaders as “rabbi,” which literally translates into “My Master,” or “My Lord.”
Your Master, your Lord, The One who taught us everything directly and indirectly is only One. Not any fallible man or woman that roams the land.
Those who came up with the term “Christian” are actually the same as the previously aforementioned group. They went a step further, blatantly lying in saying a man was the son of The Lord, associating a fallible man with The Lord. The son of the Virgin Mary will disassociate himself from people that make such outlandish and unreasonable claims. They didn’t believe in him when he was on the land, and then when he departed him, they deified him. Then, they talk about “radicalism,” or “extremism,” when it is them who like to swing from far left to far right on the pendulum. First they deny him, then they fool the masses by deifying him.
Quite Clever, I might add, but they can’t fool everyone.
The truth is, there is only One.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Taking omens is polytheism; taking omens is polytheism. He said it three times. Every one of us has some, but Allah removes it by trust (in Him).
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَاَصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الطِّيَرَةُ شِرْكٌ الطِّيَرَةُ شِرْكٌ " . ثَلاَثًا " وَمَا مِنَّا إِلاَّ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ يُذْهِبُهُ بِالتَّوَكُّلِ " .
