everybody happy are they it seems there's a lot you don't know about.
That 6015 moves like a machine in the 25-35k range. It is quick. The operator is efficient with what he is working with. I saw comments about the size of trucks. Although from what we can see the areas look fairly smooth. So maybe running these rigs instead of surface mining trucks or ADT's is just as cost efficient. They apparently have quite a few of those dump trucks. Because that excavator is never holding a load waiting on a truck. Plus they are mirroring this job up on the hill in the background.

Like others already said, that system realy moves some yards, and someone guessed about 2$ yard. But i think it's even lower. Maybe even just 1$.

Looks like the trucks are not quite big enough any more, need to up size to tandem steer, tri axles rear. Then you would get an efficient two pass fill and go. Some of the truck drivers are letting down the side not getting into position on time.

If he would fill that bucket he could light load them in one pass. Yes they would be light but would cost less and mor material moved in a day.
I have to say the machine is incredibly fast.... but still a waste on using it to load those trucks!!! Those trucks must be dirt cheap.... to many sitting around to get loaded, over the entire mine site,,,,,, if you can afford a machine that size get some trucks, meant for its size
Theyre quick and cost effective.. Unlike larger capacity vehicles that are high maintenance. They also move slower unlike these relentless cycles of "cheap trucks".

i cant believe this they have had this CAT for over a month and it still has its paint on the counter weight and no bent panels this is a first for the Sotiriadis Bros. the machine is too big for the trucks its loading, wasting fuel!
It's not wasting fuel in the least. He's loading as fast as he can go. No waste there when trucks are waiting in line for him.
@@gododgers3491 its not the operator wasting fuel its the company by not running the right trucks. loads of the material on the second pass is going on the floor.
So a smaller machine loading and taking twice as many scoops as well as longer to finish is saving costs??? lol

This excavator is grossly mismatched to the size of the trucks it's loading. Two passes, and a sizeable amount of that spills off onto the ground anyway. The whole setup is a nightmare of inefficiency. If you're going to be using a machine like this, you need bigger trucks!
DarqeDestroyer not to mention that the trucks should be below the excavator for maximum efficiency.
