Lovely, both the project and your gentle tutorial.
At 5:40-ish where you ended off the hand sewing, did you make a knot or anything else before the tiny stitch (circle stitch?) in the heart? TIA.
I struggle with ending off cleanly and hiding the knot so I’m always looking for a better way to do it securely.

Thank you for your kind comment! I used make a knot but I don’t do that anymore. I backstitch a couple times and trim off the thread. I will try to record how to start and end the hand stitching next time!

4:24 your little pincushion is cute. Use a dot of glue (I would use hot glue) and glue the pincushion to the cup. 💖🌞🌵😷
