Tara is a therapist by herself, actually way advanced than some therapists. Her teachings are helping millions of people to awaken. God bless you Tara.

"What am I unwilling to feel?" "remove the veil so I might see what is RESLLY happening here, that I might not be intoxicated by my stories or my fear." "Let me learn to stay, to see what's really here." Awesome, Tara. Thank you.

This is good. I love all Tara’s talks. Yet she didn’t address people like me who tend to be too trusting and vulnerable in relationships. About how to form healthy boundaries in this situation I really liked how she talks about the need to be vulnerable with ourselves and really grieve. Also how resilient people can get really low- think they are never getting up- and then get up anyway. Great way to describe resilience ❤

There's so much wisdom and truth here. Part of me just wishes that this discipline or religion were not a religion at all.
I'm an atheist, but these lessons and skills apply to everyone. This was a powerful video.

Am I the only one feeling horrible? I read all of the comments and my ears are ringing, cried after the Vietnam story and the utter futility of war. My head hurts and I have tightness in my chest which is always fear. I can only hope that I have started to release,

I dissociate a lot due to my nervous system going into overdrive. I’d rather learn to sit with the fear and feeling vulnerable and let it dissipate

That poem is a bit like the movie with Brad Pitt in it : The Curious Case of Benjamin Button where he starts life an old man and grows younger and younger.
