Make certain you use distilled water. If not you will spend more time than desirable trying to unclog it due to calcium buildup.
How do I unclog it
@@thailinaketh4432 you can probably flush it with hot water and vinegar, maybe sit it in a mixture of 1:1 each of those and then scrub it away?

I have just used mine for the first time. Got good results. Took a bit of time for the steam to get through though. Have used a mild liquid detergent on the microfibre grip pad to wash it like Shark recommended but it hasn't cleaned it up very well.
Yeah that's what I find with the pads, can't get them to look clean.

I was so excited when i ordered mine from amazon got it yesterday followed instructions i seem to get no steam it was a waste of my money hope i can get my money back i don't think i will even try a different brand.Also i got a bissell hand held a few weeks ago i did get my money back they admitted it was defective no more steam anything for me i will just continue with a mop bucket and for other things to clean i will use sponges and rags with good cleaners.
I agree, this is not a good product. I'll try again tomorrow. I'll probably return it.

Thanks for the review. I find the floors to be quite damp after using this mop on my hardwood floors. Is it supposed to dry instantly or is this normal with this mop?
It takes a few minutes for the floors to dry.
I got one of these for free with a vacuum and I absolutely hate it. I don't find it intuitive and find the process to get the steam going cumbersome. I'm glad it was free. If I had paid for it I would've been very disappointed.

@@GrumpyMansREVIEWS it's great, majority of my house is those glossy tiles except for bedrooms. Only thing is leaves like streaks but I just quickly go over with my spray mop takes 5 minutes. But it does a great job.

The pumping action on mine isn't as easy as it is on yours. Is there any way to take the handle back out?
There are a few screw's you can try removing, they at the back on the handle.
I've not done it myself

Hello no unfortunately not with this product.
The tank doesn’t feel hot, so how do you know when it is ready.
You'll see steam from the bottom, if you don't, pump the handle a few times.

I just bought mine today from Walmart and it still isn’t working. Is there anything else that will make the steam come out? The power is on and it’s assembled exactly the same way.
It does take some time the first time you use it, if it still isn't working, contact the manufacturer.

@@truenokill No but I called the company and they sent me a newer version and that worked. I’ve had it for 9 months now n I just used it yesterday in fact. Works great. The company said that the one I bought from Walmart tends to be a defective product. Call Shark and let them know it’s not working for you.

Tap water ok? I'm hearing distilled is needed for mop to long last
I live in a soft water area so for me tap water is fine.
If you live in a hard water area distilled water is best.
Can you add like fabulous to the water tank or directly on the floor?
I'd use it directly on the floor.

If you live in a soft water area eg Yorkshire, you can use tap water. If you dont it's best to use filtered water.
Can it work on carpet aswell?
Not really as it doesn't come with a carpet glider.

Don’t! I just read that any chemicals can ruin the Mop. I add a little essential oils to the mop pad then steam. No chemicals in
Well this thing won’t make your grout look white. Still have to use a brush and bleach to get the grimes out of the grout.
