Fantastic review mate and congratulations on the awesome collaboration. I absolutely love this piece, the only thing I'm not so keen on is the bracelet and being able to source third party straps.
Thanks man. I got to say that I'm missing it already. Yeah the integrated bracelet does limit options somewhat but thank goodness the stock bracelet is pretty good.
Hello Adrian, Vlad.sbbn from insta here. Love the video and your take on sustainability. Oris might make a small dent, but all changes start small and we all have to do our part, change starts with every single one of us. Looking forward to more of your videos as the quality is exceptional.
Hi Vlad. Thanks for subscribing! I do hope to make more videos but time really isn't on my side but will do what I can 🙂. And yeah, every little bit helps and what's better is that Oris is making changes internally to be better as well. So kudos to them for that!
Ah that's a good one, exactly that, has like a certain stone shimmer to it. And yeah, the awareness is a huge part instead of just the practice of using the plastic. Thanks for watching Alias 😁
I’ve had an Oris big crown pointer date for years and love it. As far as the plastic dial, I could never purchase one sight unseen. As usual, excellent review. Thanks Adrian.
Thanks Chas really glad that you watched! Also yeah, Oris is taking a risk here and I'm sure they understand that. Would be interesting to know the entire development process to be honest
Awesome. I do agree that the 36.5 would definitely fit better. Just kinda like it a little larger so a 39.5 would be great. But they can't make too many sizes I'm sure 🙂
Excellent review buddy and what a watch, hopefully they'll open up more of there catalogue to you....the journey of a thousand miles starts with one step....I'm hoping more companies take a similar step to Oris, these dials can be absolutely stunning like the one you received....and far more affordable than meteorite....it's true to say that we have a long way to go....🏴⌚🏴⌚
Its the "HOW" and "WHO" that cause plastics or even any rubbish to be dump into the ocean? Btw, and i agree that the crown thing could be a qc thing. as mine screws fine. Although its a diff model. love the vid :D and Thanks Oris for making such impact on waste awareness.
Exactly so the awareness is the important thing here. Haven't seen lots of people complaining about the crown so could be one of the rare ones that got away from them. Thanks man!
Great shots in this video. Can't wait to pick one of these up soon
Thanks a bunch mate. Hope you enjoy yours when you get it!
I honestly love the initiative and that dial is so attractive! Definitely a conversation starter!
Yeah at least they're trying something. And best of all it's a one of one 🙂
@@adrianchoo337 there’s definitely a unique factor here that I enjoy. Really sets a positive tone to the brand with the environmental cause
@@WristDistractions let's hope the entire industry starts picking up and improve on their practices. One can hope 🙂

Thank you for this great review. I have been watching the Upcycle for over a year and now I am going to purchase one. Best Regards.

The dial looks like stone or marble 😍 Even if it's actually plastic! Amazing what Oris is doing with raising awareness to the plastics problem.

Nice review! Love this watch and what Oris is doing. Have one incoming. The 36.5 mm would look perfect on your wrist.

Excellent video quality and review. 💗

Thank you Brian and I definitely hope for more collabs. 100% with you on other companies upping their sustainability game. We need it.
I feel like if you get a dial like yours, it's a winner.
