I prefer the snap kick, probably because I took Shotokan in the past, but that tree kick does like powerful. However a correctly thrown front snap kick is devastating, believe me I’ve felt it from a legit black belt, that barely even threw it.
Teeps are actually not equivalent to front kicks AKA Front snap kicks. They are actually more comparable to the old TKD front piercing kick in their use and execution.
Taekwondo doesn't have a front kick like teep. Only muay thai fighters use teeps when they do bag training . But if the fighter is a taekwondo, he will spam the bag with side kicks and back kicks instead. He won't use teeps or kicks like teeps.
@@jameswutt757 As I said, it's an old kick that was dropped from the WTF curriculum back in the 70s when they started trying to focus on getting TKD eventually to the Olympics and were trying to streamline it. That was the same time frame when the front snap kick started being just called front kick. Not many practice or teach anymore because of that.

In MuayThai basic is king if you master the basic move ur ready for real fight but you say " random bullshit go " that a bad idea if you fight with a guy who does know Martial art or beginner fighter it's ok it's work but if you fight a guy that know Martial art or experience fighter that is very very bad idea. Master the technique and power will come naturally
