Location is good, finishing seems good but entry to the rooms is very narrow and size of bathrooms is small and bathrooms entrance should not be in front of rooms entrance, pool is very small
Home looks good but safety very less, anybody can break window glasses & enter home.. large glasses we should attach 2nd or 3 rd floor, bt in ground floor less security
the worst thing I found in luxury houses is they don't have a spacious Puja room... Just the builder finds some small corner which needs to be occupied and designs it as Puja room

It's not sasta...it's really really risky to live there as no one else is nearby..don't get fooled..it will take veryyyyy long time to get filled those villa areas..and also there are always land issues..like farm land etc...so don't get fooled
Seems good can buy it, but my only concern is ROI. I have my own house but I can buy this if I can get some rent out of it. give me details regarding ROI for this investment. my preference is a 1.55cr villa.
