I really respect such craftsman and by keeping their prices at such reasonable levels, it really makes the life of many uplifting, when you can have a good meal that is not only tasty/delicious but also affordable on a daily basis.

Watching this video makes me want to visit Japan again to find all these kind of restaurants. Wishing them all prosperity, health working hard to continue and pass it on to the next generations
Not trolling but I ask you ... Would you really take the chance given how awful the cleaning is in this restaurant? Pots and pans at 4:52, 5:16, ... the frying station at 7:28 ... the large pot lid at 7:46 ... not to mention freshly fried chicken touching the wall which appears to have never been cleaned at 12:31 ... There is a lot more but it tells you a story. Great pro skills but poor prep and cooking area cleaning.
Wow I really like how cheap the lunch is, especially the bento boxes that is $7.10. I would have to visit there whenever I visit! On the other hand, my joints ache whenever I see self-owned, restaurant owners work hard like this, brought back some memories where my family once owned several buffet restaurants and we made everything from scratch where people would take advantage the fact that it's a buffet so they can waste all the food they wanted to.

丁寧な下ごしらえから、開店後の厨房、ホールの完璧な役割分担により料理を素早く提供されているのが見て分かります。
大将の鍋さばき、従業員の麺の湯切りと丁寧な盛り付けに地味でありながら確実に料理を作るプライドを感じます。
お客さんもこの店の常連の方が多いみたいで、通えるのが羨ましいです。
物価高騰により大変でしょうが、お客の胃袋を支えるため今後も頑張っていってほしいものです。
日本の個人経営のお店が一番材料も仕込みもきちんとしていて安心です。大変な努力の上美味しく安全なご飯を提供していただいて感謝です。ご健康と繁栄を願って今年も将来も宜しくお願い致します

11時40分に入ったら、すでに7割の席が埋まっていた。
この動画の影響かも。
私は唐揚げとライス、焼きスタミナラーメンセット、
子供はラーメンと焼飯セットを注文。
子供は焼飯だけでお腹いっぱいだったので、私がラーメンを食べた。
私は唐揚げが多くて2個残り、人生で初めて食べ残した。
ただ、最高に美味かった。
おばちゃんに、残った唐揚げ2個の持ち帰りを頼み、快く引き受けて頂いた。ありがとう。
嫁からの希望で、賄い飯、若鶏の唐揚げ、醤油焼きそば、豚肉とニラの卵炒め、中華丼を持ち帰りしたが、
どれも美味かった。家族全員が満足し、またリピートしようと決めた。
スタミナラーメンの味→彩華ラーメンや天理スタミナラーメンに似てる
中華丼の味→大和軒に似てる
コストパフォーマンスは高い店なので、多くの方が行っても満足できる最高の店と思う😊
