Hello Emma, i have lexus Rx 350 2013 and is showing Check AWD and Trac off at the same time. I will like to have your contact or handle so we can talk about it
Not sure. I hope you got it sorted out. If not, I would recommend you run a diagnostic scan and clear all fault codes, then try doing the full service reset again. If that does not work, then it could be that the service memory may be full. In this case, you will need to manually enter a low figure or even Zero for the days after service and km after service in the appropriate menu in Star diagnosis Assyst Plus. This cannot be done from the instrument cluster. Sorry for the late turnaround.
@@emmapilex the Mercedes dealership told me they could not reset it unless they did a full recommended service on it. There’s nothing wrong with it & I have kept the service maintenances up to date until last year & I paid cash for my vehicle brand new! This is ridiculous!! I should not have to pay to have it turned off!!! I maintain it with a local gas change as I’m an hour from a dealership
@@JAdotNET ok. I see. Actually it is good practice to reset only immediately after service, not between service due dates. So apart from the inability to reset, are there any other codes like check engine etc, I'm thinking there's an interlock of some sort that's preventing the reset execution command.
@@emmapilex no the service light was reset by MB last & I have taken it to get an oil change because it’s due but no other lights or indications of trouble whatsoever.
Lol. It's ok. You can reset your trip odometer in less than a minute. With ignition ON, Press the BACK BUTTON on your steering wheel until the MID displays the Odometer and Milage Screen Press OK Select YES for Odometer trip reset When done, re-try the maintenance service reset procedure. Wish you luck

Well, just trying to be helpful so anyone can execute this confidently, especially the not-so-handymen. Will try to do that with less words next time. Thanks for the observation.

You are probably right for certain audience.

I know that sometimes overheating can cause your TCM to throw up codes. Be sure to rule out overheating.
Dude jeez. You’re talking so much and over talking what you’re trying to do. Basically the entire video you’re just repeating yourself constantly.
