ミホウさん解説ありがとうございます。おばさんクライマーですけど、私にとっては、とても参考になりました。リハビリの人に肩柔らかいから余計に痛めやすいと言われていましたが、良く意味がわからなかったんです。具体的な例を見ると納得です。昔は出来てたのだからもっと肩を強くしなくちゃとばかり思っていましたが、動きを考えたり、肩の位置を意識しながら登る事によって怪我しないようにしているんですね。
流石だなーと思いました。これからも頑張って下さい。
