Kristina thanks for sharing this. It takes courage to be vulnerable and share. It can be therapeutic sharing online like this. Kind of like sending energy out into the universe to put us at peace. You got this 💪🏼🤘🏼

you're welcome. It's not easy for people to talk about their inner thoughts, but I'm sure some people find this sort of thing relatable and/or helpful.

@@KristinaArntz absolutely. For me I speak out loud at home or journal to vent my inner thoughts. You’re given a new idea to film myself too!

First off, thank you very much for sharing. It helps to hear other people's stories. I've always steered away from larger groups of people, even when I was in college. A lot of people think I am an extrovert and very social, but I'm really not. I rise to the occasion of being social, but I'd rather have time alone or in very small gatherings and I have a definite limit that hits me where I just feel exhausted and uncomfortable. Thanks again for the video, great job on it.

you’re welcome. would it be weird if I said I’ve never thought of you as an extrovert? I mean that as an observation.

@@KristinaArntz not weird at all. And thanks for saying that. Most people feel like if they say that to someone that it'll be taken as a negative. It would be great if more people recognized when people are introverts so the right expectations of their personality are present.

@@CarlinCook As much as I like extroverted people, they never seem to understand how difficult it can be for introverts.

@@KristinaArntz I think most people have a hard time stopping and considering that others don't think and act the same way they do.

Thanks for sharing this. As embarrasing as it is I'm 30 years old and still can't tie my shoes. I just can't seem to figure it out!

why pay thousands of dollars to have someone tell me “get out in the world and do more” ?

@@KristinaArntz, sometimes you are the therapist; the hero of minds that people need. You have the power to conquer your fears and triggers; listening to you can do this for others. Not all therapy costs money... your channel is a safe space for many.
