your use of that halftrack to benefit your frontline troopers was fantastic. Especially since it is such a vulnerable unit
Keeping the half-track alive was so great for staying power, constantly reinforcing AT guns.

Why didn't the opponent AT snare your dives? I don't think he even tried to snare your vehicles with cons even once the entire game. Did he not have enough munitions bc of all the mark targeting?

This is some NEXT LVL shit :) insane man from both of u!
if you merge into a combat engineer squad it should increase rep/build times as there are less engies in squad, IE if merged 2 men it should take 150 percent rep time
Merges downside is it can cost you a cons squad, your cons squad is weaker as a result after merge. Becoming in danger of being wiped or forced off aftwards. Its a strong and ussefull ability but nothing more then a hp transfer on the spot.
And people need to remember soviets hurt in other areas, they cant flip or wipe an engagement in their favor in an instant with nades as they have none stock, ce's as a 4 men unit face units geared towards fighting 5 or 6 men squads. Their stock late game and even late mid game isent very good when compared. Maxim although its at its best (not counting its golden spamm days) is still the worst mg in the game at a premium price.
is it just me or that guy never upgraded his cons with AT grenade ? so many snare opportunities right there

Lol those units require more skill to play then any axis counter part. Panthers tiger etc are easier to control and support.

What a game! How do u feel about Tiger Ace overall? I always struggle with manpower and Tiger Ace just gets crushed by numbers on the other side.

Hey Hans, why did you not use the emergency repairs on your tiger when your engineers were healing u had plenty of muni and you would get it back up faster? Just asking to get better at the game :)

@@tommasopisapia7464 don't know man tiger ace seems pretty good in 1vs1 especially with spearhead (which you can easily obtain since you star at vet 1),but normal tiger really seems trash right know.
Seems a little better than a 'sparring partner' ;)

@@mjn5016 yes sir i am, because combined arms tactics works just like it does in coh. of course the realities and logistics of war means its not a direct translation, you know this. But the macro concepts work. smoke barrage in order to get tanks across lines for example. These are real tactics. smoke tactics are legit. your just trying to be contrarian. there are similarities

Hans I don't know how you do it, I would have ran into mines, have my shots miss. Run into double AT guns. Squads wiped on retreat. And that dive never would have worked for me.
Hello! I'm a fairly new player. Can someone please explain why he picked a commander so late into the game?
OST has a very robust unit selection; even without commander units or call ins they can respond well to things as a baseline. Secondly it allows you to figure out what your enemy is building into, so you can pick a commander late to "counter" or tip the scales just enough. Two years late but i hope that helped

Two vetted heavy tanks were destroyed in the last push alongside a retreat of infantry to base. You cannot recover from this in a 1v1 vs excellent players late game

This is the proof of how broken soviets are, and how hard you have to play as axis to beat it down. Considering the fact that soviet player is also bad at the game, doing shitty unit positioning, constantly throwing conscripts to the point, and never putting mines down in case of a panther dive. This is how hard you have to sweat to beat such bad players

Doesn't a Stug outrange an ISU? Wouldn't it have been the better choice there?

Stug can't sustain that amount of AT...
Stug has 50 range and ISU has 70 on AP and 60 on HE, so bad matchup unless you make 2-3 stugs and dive the ISU

@@bounidadada4057 Stug is the fast reload tank. It gets pretty insane... Allies can't even pull back their tanks to repair.

@@simongiesbrecht9134 yes the reinforce cost of conscripts, possibly the entire squad if unlucky, at vet 0 the outright bad recc accuracy of conscripts is carried over to receving squad.
you sacrifice the dps and hp and field presence of conscripts to keep another squad on the field.
Its an hp transfer for mp, strong indeed but nothing more then that.
