If you want it to last longer go for heavier fabrics, such as 400GSM (14oz). Lighter wool don't drape (hang nicely) as good. You can also wear heavy fabrics in the summer if it's all natural and no synthetics (polyester, elastane, rayon) try semi-synthetics like cupro, bamberg or lyocell. Or no lining at all!
