FAITH HALL OF FAME - PART 3
The third section of Hebrews 11, looks at the MOSES - THE DECISIONS OF FAITH. We look at 6 features of Moses' faith and we will see that Faith is not about RECEIVING what we want but REJECTING the world. We also look at others whose faith has done wonders.

The maturity of a believer can be judged by the decisions they make in their everyday life. God wants obedience & walk in His plans. Moses made this great decision because of the faith instilled in him by his mother at a very young age. We need to build such faith in our children which focuses on eternity.
Moses intentionally chose to reject the pleasures & comforts of this world to suffer - which is a rejecting faith, not a receiving one. He rejected his worldly status to accept his special assignment from God. According to the world he was sacrificing everything for nothing, but from God’s point of view, he was sacrificing nothing for everything. Moses rejection was a conscious decision after careful thought. His faith rejected worldly pressures, the kings anger. He obeyed God by faith instantly without questioning or understanding for he believed in God’s provision & promise.
Faith completely trusts God’s word & has the courage to face every situation. When we sinners turn to God, He is merciful & we are treated equally with Abraham in God’s kingdom. We should have a faith that endures trials for our reward may not be here but surely in heaven. Our faith may not find immediate fulfillment in our lifetime but we look forward by faith to happen in God’s time. Abba Father, increase n strengthen our faith so that we have a rejecting faith & not just receiving one , we ask this in Jesus’ name Amen.
