FAITH HALL OF FAME - PART 1
Hebrews chapter 11 often called the hall of faith, starts with a definition of what faith is and then we see 3 stalwarts:
ABEL : A worshiping faith
ENOCH : A walk of faith
NOAH : A work of faith or the obedience of faith
There is so much to learn from these OT saints as we journey through their lives

I thank & praise God for new revelations in ur teaching. Christian faith is choosing God’s desires above the world’s, not positive thinking against chance. Modern man is lost & doomed when God is out of his life. This has impacted all areas such as art, music & Literature & man is unable to distinguish right frm wrong. Only with God can man find meaning in life.
Faith is coming to God on His terms not ours. ABEL offered what God wanted, he had faith in God’s revelation. The first sacrifice was Abel’s, one lamb for one person. At Passover, it was one lamb for a family. On the Day of Atonement , it was one lamb for one nation & on Good Friday, it was one lamb (Jesus) for the whole world.
ENOCH followed God faithfully for 300 yrs with a totally surrendered will & entered God’s presence. NOAH blindly trusted God’s word & lived in complete obedience to Him, willing even to be a fool for God, preaching God’s warning & as a result only Noah & his family were saved. We as believers must always live in the light of eternity, in faith & obedience, in complete surrender to God’s will.
