    Harvard University is running the longest study in human wellness - you can watch a TED talk on this study & other topics around positive psychology (very interesting topic)
    The 3 things that make us "happy" (the feeling of "happiness" is temporary caused by a hormonal reaction after a pleasant event eg laughing; trying to be "happy" all the time is a myth)
    - quality relationships with family & friends
    - connection with community
    - connection to things bigger than ourselves (eg religion, volunteering, helping a cause, philantropy etc)
