- Welcome to my luxury studio apartment tour! My studio is located in Edgewater, NJ, which is about 20 minutes from New York City, via the George Washington Bridge or the Lincoln Tunnel. The building is located in Bergen County, right on the Hudson River waterfront, directly across from the Upper West Side of Manhattan. During the time that I occupied the unit, my rent price was $2,400 per month.
If you want to live close to NYC but don't want to break the bank, consider New Jersey! The towns of Fort Lee, Edgewater, North Bergen, Guttenberg, West New York, Weehawken, Union City, Jersey City, and Bayonne are great options!

Does this apartment have washer and dryer in unit?
Hi Keenya! This specific unit does not (there’s one studio on each floor and none of the studios have washers and dryers 😭. All the other units in the building do) BUT! There’s a washer and dryer on each floor at no cost.

@@keenyanotkenya no prob! I don’t live there anymore. I lived on the 18 line. Units ending in 16, 18, and 20 have the best views.

Kitchen is small and next your bed. ewww.. only best thing is the view. Calm down nothing special about this place...
For the square footage, the kitchen is a great size. It’s a studio lol. Were you expecting an expansive mansion 😆😆? It was a special place to me. I wouldn’t expect you to understand. I hope you enjoy YOUR home ❤️
