- When it came time for the New York Excelsior to face off against the London Spitfire on Volskaya, we were able to witness a masterclass Overwatch League performance in how to attack Point A Volskaya.

not even joking, when I found this channel I thought it was an official OWL channel with how cleanly and professionally edited the videos were. The sub 100k subs really confused me at the time. I don’t really even play overwatch anymore but these videos are so entertaining and explain the gameplay so clearly that I can just watch and understand. Love the content!

She really wasn't going to be the best choice in the situation. She definitely is a monster against double shield, but the enemy was too far away that Sym wouldn't be able to rack up any charge. I guess she could've tried tp bombing but since this was OWL, her tp would've been focused from the moment it was deployed. But it is nice to see sym used as an actual hero that microwaves the enemy.
I love how much we’ve been seeing these small-squad type tactics lately, it feels like strategy has finally evolved past something like the deathball into fully complex strategy. Only took several years but glad to be here.
If you're talking about Goats, it required so much more strategy and teamwork than most think, Overwatch has always had pretty deep strategy

It’s really boring to watch Orisa gameplay when the action is happening live, but in these breakdown analysis videos it’s a lot clearer how much these Orisas actually do and it’s very impressive and interesting.

The one season the NYXL isn’t a top 3 team which just is insane because they have the same team as before but other teams are way better now
Hotba doesn’t sync well with Mano, and the coaches as usual are always terrible

I love these analysis videos so darn much. Everything happens so fast in Overwatch that sometimes it's hard to see how a team wins or loses a battle. This is why videos like these are so insightful. Keep up the awesome work Akshon!
Yo the editing was great and every behind the action episode keeps feeling better visually and in quality. Also this reminds me of another match but instead of the attacking sym going tracer he went widow to shoot them from behind being at the high ground on the main choke and got some crucial angles and two picks.
Dismantled the Spitfire-
Get it ? Because the spitfire is a plane and they dismantled it. That sounded a lot funnier in my head than it came out

You guys show the beauty of Overwatch with these videos. That shot of the two Orisas from above really captured how the situation was playing out.

The fact that Sym is always used like this means she's due for another rework.
Id be down for old symmetra to be back
Even if she's used like this most of the times, she sometimes gets used offensively on KOTH maps.
For example, the Paris Eternal play with her alongside Mei. Soon's rotating between Reaper, Tracer and Sym on those.

Overall, NYXL are learning very well from their fellow low rank players. We saw it last year with their Bastion and Pharah comp, and now with their symm. Every single time I get this map, we have a symm either TP straight down mid or to the left side. Of course they are a lot better than the average player, but these strats can be picked up from them from time to time.

This feels like a documentary that overanalyses things. Except it is actually entertainment and alluring unlike most documentaries that ramble on and on that it isn't interesting to watch.

I think the Spitfire coaches should take some notes from this video
what really happened here was that Spitfire failed to make a first move in the first place / didn't get as much offensive value from Glister. What happens here is spitfire simply reacting to what nyxl is doing, potentially trying to buy as much time as possible; could be part of their game plan.
Playing reactionary and losing control of the flow of a map is pretty much a recipe for disaster unless you are able to hard reset the tempo with something like a D.Va bomb.

Idk what Blizzard thought when they wanted to advertise this game as a spectator esport. It’s too busy on screen with too many perspectives to follow to be a viable watch. You’d need viewers the ability to spectate how they want while watching which is already in the game as a feature but not used during live matches…🤷
