For all people this measurement 3 and 7 inch ok va sis

3” is for 36 chest circumference(medium size).
To calculate Neck width :
chest circumference / 12
Eg: 36/12 = 3”
And neck depth:
chest circumference/8 + .5”
You can increase if you want more deeper neck.
