Why would anyone make this up? Banks and Alissa are making really big accusations. In the Facebook statement, the bar stated that the staff handled the situation perfectly. There's surveillance cameras at the bar... If they're lying, the bar will have all the proof to sue their asses. If not, Banks and Alissa will. Banks and Alissa are decently intelligent, why would they set themselves up for failure?

The drama that they caused? Most youtube dramas that Banks and Alissa were in was started by someone else. For example, Jake said that Alissa cheated on him and he "dissed" her in his song. After that Alissa posted a video and a diss track exposing Jake. Jake posted a video saying that Banks assaulted his assistant. After that Banks posted videos and tweets about exposing Jake, explaining the situation, etc. Banks got a large following because of Jake's lies. So Bank's following is due to the fact that he's honest. If he lies, his fans won't support him anymore. If his fans stopped following Jake because he was a liar, they would do the same to Banks. Like i said before, Banks and Alissa are decently intelligent, why would lie about this, only to lose their fans and lose an extremely big amount of money for losing a law suit.

The main reason you can TELL there’s an internal staff problem at Barley is the unprofessionalism of their statement!! Any establishment owned by decent people would immediately apologize for a WOMAN being assaulted by an employee. Bouncers aren’t police officers, they legally can’t assault Alissa and the fact that Barley even announced it would stand by their employees, after ALL of that, says it all.

I sell alcohol, and we get some crazy customers every day. I’ve had someone try to come over the counter and fight my co worker because she was to drunk to sell to, we had a lady drive through the fence then try to run me over when I tried to chase her down, and people threaten to kill us or beat us up. We have never touched, bruised, or hurt any of those people. We call the police, lock the doors, and get the situation under control. The bar had a costumer leave with bruises all over her face and they said the situation was handled well?

As a PR professional, the statement made by Barleys was TOTALLY inappropriate. That is NOT how you issue a statement for an issue of this magnitude that is still being investigated.
