Try guided sleep meditations by Jason Stephenson or Michael Sealey. Relaxing bedtime stories for grown ups by Meditation Vacation. Also search for guided relaxation + body scan videos. Take melatonin. Deep breathe for 3 minutes then breathe normally listening to these or relaxing music. Imagine a lovely glowing orb of light coming down to swirl around you and fill your body with liquid light and relaxation, moving slowly from one body part to another. Hope these help. 😘

Going trough divorce too. Never depend on someone, focus on yourself, take care of yourself, go to the gym, spent a lot of time outside, eat clean. No person on this earth is worth it to be sad and depressed. Your wonderful soul will find another wonderful soul one day. Until that day, create the best version of yourself so you can give the best version of yourself to the person who deserves it.

Try guided sleep meditations by Jason Stephenson or Michael Sealey. Relaxing bedtime stories for grown ups by Meditation Vacation. Also search for guided relaxation + body scan videos. Take melatonin. Deep breathe for 3 minutes then breathe normally listening to these or relaxing music. Imagine a lovely glowing orb of light coming down to swirl around you and fill your body with liquid light and relaxation, moving slowly from one body part to another. Hope these help. 😘
Struggling badly right now with divorce and not having any friends or a job, started binge eating and gained so much weight... someone please send me some hope, I'm in such a dark place 😔

Going trough divorce too. Never depend on someone, focus on yourself, take care of yourself, go to the gym, spent a lot of time outside, eat clean. No person on this earth is worth it to be sad and depressed. Your wonderful soul will find another wonderful soul one day. Until that day, create the best version of yourself so you can give the best version of yourself to the person who deserves it.
