As far as I rmb it's about 6000 energy to G1 and 12000 to D1. Intotsl that's 30k energy which is about 2 months? (438 energy per day if you use ad and 50 BS refill) Necrons are more expensive so it might be a bit more, but you can buy material from shop with gold and get free mats from events so might be a bit less, idk
How long did it take for you to get those necrons at that level
