CHIVALRY 2 BETA - 32 vs 32 SIEGE GAMEPLAY - from a Mordhau Veteran

Quick 12 mins of a siege from my first day, recorded two games but ran out of storage space.

First impressions of Chivalry 2 are really positive, a relaxed arcade-y entry into the melee slasher genre. Compared to Mordhau it feels much more casual friendly, and the atmospheric elements of the game are top notch.
If you're a budget gamer like me a quick tip is you can open console in the main menu (doesn't work in-game) and type: r.mipmaplodbias 1.5
This may help with frame stutters/freezes and you can continue to go higher, though the game ends up looking like playdough above 5.

20 GB of DDR3 RAM

Looks kinda meh in terms of comp potential, but it does look like a really fun medieval "battlefield" type game :)

its not geared towards competitive play whatsoever but it still has a lot of potential - will never be as sweaty as hau imo

Hi mate, this was in beta so I couldn't really give you an answer - there was a lot of excitement for it though so can imagine it'll be booming on release.

my settings for my low end pc probably don't help, the visual and sound design aspects of the game are far better than mordhau
