He doesn't watch concert fancams, he watches official live performance videos like from BTS' concert DVDs or music show recordings. I watch a lot of vocal coach reactions and they say it's bc the vocals are not as clear in fancams since their voices are not coming directly from the microphone and are bouncing off other things in the artist's space. Whereas, in official recordings, they've edited in the microphone's recordings of the singer's voice, making it sound more clear and easier to distinguish.
This was uploaded before that concert. It was like midday when he uploaded so he probably filmed it a few days prior

he’s the main vocalist for a reason, he’s got a wide range and is the most stable singing through dancing n what not
Loved your reaction and breakdown of his voice. His voice really is something special and enjoyable to listen to. I've seen many vocal coaches talk about how Jungkook has alot of control and can do things many singers can't do. It shows his skill and talent for singing with very little vocal training. It's not a surprise though, he was scouted by seven different companies for his voice alone.
Most people really dont know what they are talking about and downgrade BTS vocals without having the knowledge that you have(people on the Internet).
BTW this wasnt a good show of his live vocal. It wasn't the whole song and was just for promotion for their album. The best live voice would be a fancam of his from a concert. Thats where he truly shines in live.

Yes its all about the preferences, you Adam like this kind of song and this kind of singing better than intimate and breathy and very emotional singing and yes I agree JK sings it with his ability to sing this kind of song and high notes perfectly OK and effortless, so yes also the views number just proves if the song is more or less prefered and for so many reasons of course, nice I enjoyed this reaction, you are just honest with your opinion so well done!
