Get the 3000ma . They work great. I have 2 sets of the Recon gloves. I have 4 sets of these batteries. They all work great. The batteries also work with my heated socks.
Honestly I haven’t noticed if the heaters go all the way to the finger tips but there are definitely heaters in the fingers of this glove. My problem was always cold fingers due to my low windshield, haven’t had any issues with these gloves!

You can get batteries on Amazon. The bigger batteries last way longer
