When I was a kid, my dad was fleet mechanic for Carnation Milk Company, in Yakima, Washington. I literally saw hundreds of these as red and white milk delivery trucks, (delivering fresh milk, house to house, in quart jars with cardboard sealed tops), back in the day. He kept them going, and on the road--no matter what--including the refrigeration! Talk about déjà vu!
