That rearview camera was such a useful feature when I was moving and had the back full of stuff. Also, I agree with everything you mentioned. The only two downsides I can even think of after a year and a half of owning one is that the seats and charging speeds aren't the best for long road trips. Oh I guess also a spare tire would have been a nice inclusion lol. Other than that, it's been my favorite car to own ever. The last thing I wanted to add is that it's probably the best car for anyone who is transitioning from a gas vehicle to an EV. Everything is familiar as soon as you sit down. No screen-only controls and the feeling like you're in some kind of spaceship lol. Thanks for keeping us up to date on your journey, and I hope you have many more great years with your car.
Nice car, I was considering this car too bad my local dealer was greedy and was asking 45k for it. It's a nice car to take kids to school and go to work if you drive less than 20 miles both ways. I hope the new bolt gets even better.
@youdontknowme2915 Wish those EVangelists could respect other people's views and needs. We have a BOLT and VOLT. long trips, I use the VOLT. No need to worry about broken chargers.
You might want to move the garage door opener remote or whatever is attached to the metal clip in the lower cubby there. It's activating your wireless charge pad (see the yellow lightning bolt next to the phone icon on the screen?) Any metal objects in the lower cubby could heat up or damage the wireless charger. After my Bolt tried to "charge" my sunglasses a few times, I eventually put them elsewhere.
My only issues is the seat are the worst, you feel it with every bumps, I found a solution to my problem, i bought a seat cushion, now i can't drive without it,,
Not sure what year you have but I have heard the seats improved with each model year. The 2023 while not the best I have been in but driving all day in it wasn’t so bad.
I don’t disagree. This is why I think level two chargers everywhere may be more important that DC fast charging. But I am seeing more apartments and hotels etc. with level two charging.

Great review thanks!

Yeah, the dealer here sold for MSRP. I think it worked to my advantage that they had none on the lot to mark up, mine was ordered.

Thank you. I always kept it in the cup holder. My wife moved it. I will let her know.

@@TiredGuyReviews i owned a chevy bolt euv 2023 LT..
If you own a house of your own, EVs are great. If you live in an apartment, there's a lot hassle.
