Nice to see you enjoying our cuisine…and you can find flor de calabaza throughout Mexico and in the states as well but more expensive of course. Enjoy your trip 💥
Everytime you bite mexican food, namely if it's a taco or a torta; you just feel an explotion of flavors into your mouth. 🌮🥪 💣💥 🎆 Welcome back, güeritos. Goyito and Güerita.👱🏼♂️👱♀️🇲🇽
Hillary and Greg, you appeared in the TH-cam channel of Colombianos en Mexico. You were in Calle Madero in this Taqueria, really long space, where the tacos are supposed to be really good, that was interesting.
Wow, Tu español Es súper good.💞 tengo mucho tiempo que no los miro. Y si an cambiado bastante. Estoy feliz por ustedes. Un fuerte abrazo 🥰 desde California. 🇺🇸
Those quesadillas with the beautiful calabaza (squash) flower, r really so pretty at times, you don't wanna eat them. My cousin makes them with beautiful yellow and orange Flor de calabaza (squash flower). I find myself staring at it, not wanting to bite it, looks like art! We learn a lot from our elders, even the city slickers, Mexican Americans, know how to eat cactus. My Tata (grampa), always told us, if you get lost in the wilderness, follow the animals from a safe distance, they will lead you to water and etable vegetation. Very unlikely in the middle of L.A California, but you never know, good info!
Moms uses La flor de calabaza like a chille relleno. She stuffs it with cheese and coats them with egg batter and frys them. Dang, mouth is watering now 🤤
Courgette flowers are a southern European specialty, used a lot in Italian, Greek, Spanish, and French cuisines. I’d love to taste how Mexicans cook courgette flowers.
Glad to see you guys in your element, munching down some tacos!🌮🌮🌮 It seems like EVERYONE is talking about Mexico city, happening spot! Peter Santinello just release two videos in Mexico city, he always does such an amazing job getting the feel for a place. He's not a travel channel, more like street journalist. Check him out! 💚🤍♥
A nephew told me once that the best flor de calabaza is the one you cut before eight un the morning because the flower is wide open and the flavour is better. Greetings guys!

I love my city. Hopefully will visit later this year. For real Mexican food, not the Mexican food here in Phoenix. Mexico city food is something else. Lololol. Just one more. Like chips man.
@@porfiriato84 interesting I have never had a sauce at Churreria El Moro, other than Churros I am only aware they serve ice cream, hot chocolate, and coffee. What sauces do they have?
@@pedrozatravel I probably worded it wrong. I meant the dipping sauces they have such as chocolate and cajeta. But then again I'm not much of a sweets guy so others may love those dipping sauces haha
@@porfiriato84 ah OK, now I understand, yes, the chocolate can sometimes be too much. I usually just go with the classic Cinammon and sugar coating. I once tried their Churros sundae, it was good but it was too much sweetness for me, could not finish it
Y’all just look happier in Mexico!😊
Great to see y’all back in México 🇲🇽 🎊 🎉 🇲🇽
