An old trick that sometimes works to find an obscure driver when all else fails is installing an older windows OS. Install Windows 7 Ultimate. If the touch pad etc works then upgrade to Windows 10. Don't reformat/erase the drive just install Windows 10 over Windows 7 by "upgrading". Once Windows 10 is installed and everything works then locate the "Old Windows" folder and erase it to free up some space.
At least it does have micro sd slot so it is possible to expand storage a little. But If it is really meant to only run browser then I guess there is no reason to have heavy operating system like windows. I hate to say it but you probably can install chrome os flex or ... (system name starts with "fy" and ends with "de" - I didn't wrote that directly because youtube prevents me) os (it is chrome os but open source and with support for android apps but I never tested it; also: If I am not wrong it is maintained by people from China). I wrote "I hate to say it" because there is a lot of lightweight linux distros which would work on this laptop probably even better than chrome os and windows. But I lied: there are reasons to have windows: if you need microsoft office (but I wonder if you even can install it on such low disk space) and onlyoffice or libreoffice is not enough; and second reason is battery life: I dont know that for sure but most of the times battery life is better on windows. On windows you also probably can also compress drive to save space: It should be shown somewhere in "Disk Cleanup" tool If you have low disk space.
