Is it possible to dimension the outer surfaces of a polygon in a single click, ie., if we take a rectangle, then the four sides of a rectangle in a single click instead of four click?

When we use quick dimension , if the line with some holes is in inclined position how can we make the dimension, because it shows the dim in 90 degree angle
Very nice sir....but in AutoCAD 2015 Baseline and datumPoint option give same answer ...not showing coordinate only showing distance from origin and base line. Showing 2,4,6,8,10 instead of 0,2,4,8,10...please verify main problem?
