We get at least 2 calls per week with situations like this. 99.9% of the time it's a bad key. Our customers always want us to "reprogram" but it's never worked. I really don't like charging a customer to try and reprogram knowing it will not work. Keys/remotes rarely lose programming. Keys/remotes often get dropped or get wet and break.

My key fob just stopped working even tho when I press the buttons it lights up still would you know what I can try to get it to work again?

What tools do you have? I have good luck pulling the pin with my Autel 508.
