So வானிலை கணிக்க அதுவும் accurate ஆ கணிக்க முடியாது. 10 மணிக்கு night மழை பெய்யும் என்று சொன்னால். கருமேகம் சுழ் ந்து இருக்கும். சொல்லி இருப்பாங்க. But அந்த மேகம் காற்றின் திசைக்கு ஏற்ப வேற பக்கம் போனால். மழை வராது. IMD must be taken to court for deficiency in service... specifically the Chennai IMD. Govt of India is spending thousands of crores in managing IMD(Indian Meteorological Department) it's many thousands of employees and highly expensive weather forecast apparatus throughout India..and these people in Chennai IMD are playing around with people and their lives by giving fudged and incorrect weather forecast reports.!!!
