Like they say, the planes crash because the pilots did everything they could, but nothing work, they really are heroes, i dont know if it makes sense lol
the final plane crash (The One With 61 Survivors) was not caused by poor visibility, the ATC (Or Air Traffic Control) had said to KLM to standby on the runway since PanAm Was on it turning around (Alot of planes were parked on taxiways, in order to takeoff, they ha to go down the runway, and turn around, and then position for takeoff) But KLM misunderstood this and took off at full throttle (Or Close To Full Throttle) The PanAm was in the middle of the turn when the KLM was creeping up, they then collided, Nobody Survived in KLM, 61 Survived in The PanAm (Including the Co-Pilot who was able to tell his story on the Smithsonian Aviation Channel). Therefore, This Was Pilot Error (or both you may choose) I am not trying to hate On the video (It's really good), I just hope you can understand a mistake, That's All! And We Will Remember All Who Had Passed Away In The Accident. Rest In Peace.
