I can't get enough of the '55-'59 gm trucks. I'm building a '59 GMC right now and loving it. I immediately noticed the GMC hood he put on it! The whiskey barrel thing was so creative.

What a sweet ride for sure. Love the paint job. Seen a couple of things I want to incorporate on my '57. The tailgate support hinges, and the front fender heat extractors. I get a lot of ideas from watching your videos. Thanks brother

Like the truck but would have liked to have seen a fabricated duplicate of the 55 grill inside the GMC air inlet. I think that would make the front way more distinctive.

My friend is working on one of these only he is restoring it to original condition, the only difference is he has a 350 motor, and it was a rust bucket when he got it but it's starting to look pretty good now. I love the curved rear window.

Great truck, if I were to knit pick it the only flaw I could see is the messy wiring in the barrel. No big deal though cause its covered up. He did excellent work on the truck though! One of my favorite 55's on TH-cam

im not sure if its bc the cab leans forward or what but to me - it looks like the bed raises up towards the cab - and then the cab angles down towards the front of the truck... which cant be the case im sure.

This truck would be even better if it was 4 wheel drive... Tougher and more tactical. It also pays to have a cable winch on the front bumper... Never get stuck!
