yes.
Enduro is sronger and replacement parts are cheaper. Yes, it might be a better option for beginners.
It has the same flight characteristics, same weight. A bit less sexy, though.

To match the desired direction of torque compensation.
If you set wrong, the hoop will not fit in. Use the other one then
