Have you tried taking Extra Virgin Olive Oil?
Dr. Steven Gundry really teaches us the Fantastic Benefits of taking it. He says that we should take at least 2 tablespoons in the morning & again in the evening….plus brush our teeth & gums with it.
I just started taking it today & brushed my teeth with it. It doesn’t taste that great, but I’m thinking of all the good things it helps with our bodies!🤗

I haven’t bought Dr. Gundry’s Olive Oil…just a bottle at our Harp’s Grocery Store…it seems to be pretty good oil. I’m going to keep taking it for a few months & see how it works. I have started my 66 year old husband on it also…he is a diabetic 2…I sure hope it helps him.
Thanks for your informative videos…I know I told you that my Dad passed away in 2020 at 81 years old with MSA…Multiple Symptom Atrophy which is a part of Parkinson’s…I’m 64 & have some symptoms of it…hopefully not! The doctors are saying not…I will go to the doctor that my Dad went to….to get tested for it. If my symptoms get worse…I’m for sure going to him.

Hello David, Comtan (Entacapone) is commonly given by Movement disorders neurologists for freezing there are other protocols to help
last month the FDA here in theStates approved a new longer version of sinemet called Crexont..brand new I am not familier with it.
A drug available for fast acting sinemet type results is Parcopa , it is safe to also chew a sinemet in an emergency or for a faster absorbtion
take pills with soda water fizzie...all suggestionns from mypersonal PD caregivers book I made taking care 24/7 of my PD wife for 22 years.
You don’t look at all having Parkinson disease, probably yours is mild.

I’ve got CFS and fibro and relate so well to how debilitating fatigue is. I’ve had 14 operations, 7 ortho and all so painful, but all together pale in comparison to the fatigue and also just not feeling well. I live in a town who voted fluoride out of the water but didn’t think fluoride toothpaste would get enough in your system to make a difference. I’ll give the other toothpaste a try. Thanks.
