in a village nearby someone once buried a treasure, consisting of the precious metal parts of at least seven different high grade sword garnitures - handle parts, scabbard decoration and buckles, mounts and studs from their belts (some nice proosa buckles amongst them) - the Styles depicted there are mainly : fully developed Nydam Style, Salin Style I and the Sösdala Style right in front of the ploughed up precious metal hoard, there is another row of scattered artifacts, made from copper alloys - also swords and garniture - the sword pommels (and some other things) from this second Skatten also mainly pointing to the later 5th- beginning of the 6th century how sure are you when dating the original Sösdala Skatten to the 4th century ? especially considering the fact that you included the whole one and not only the later, or very end, of it .......I mean you did this, right !? sorry my scandinavion is pretty bad ......I barely (!) understand danish and here a I even understood less..... edit: "scandinavion"......I'm not gonna edit it away - simply take it as a proof, that my english is also very whack sometimes....
Jag tror mer på att det var skandinaverna som tog dessa traditionsceremonier (ritualer låter lite väl primitivt) till östeuropa. Detta med tanke på att skandinaver var med och grundade många östeuropeiska länder och områden.
