Ofcourse, more awareness is needed, but "The Good Doctor" has did an amazing job in helping lending a hand to getting autism awareness, resources, & etc. out there to the world. It has helped many feel seen, & heard!! Can He, all the Cast, The writers, producers, directors, get their WELL DESERVED Emmys, & awards?!? 💜💜

@@bobf.5538 no one, I'd argue his character had a good send off, walking off to the ether playing his Harmonica. Maybe a cameo from the black kid Arthur would be nice. Important characters to catch up with are the brother Marshal, the girl singer Hope and the social worker Richard.
It's sad RW is not with us anymore, but I think it's doable without him.

He's a great actor. He believably performed as an Autistic, savant surgeon as well as a notorious serial killer, both with US accents, without most people knowing he is British. He's charming, charismatic, sweet and smart. Freddie is a good actor.
He does do an impressive sounding American accent. As a Brit, his English accent now has a few American inflections. It sounds quite different to his original accent in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
He's probably on the spectrum

Loved him in Finding Nevevrland as a child…he was such an excellent actor even then . If you have never seen it…it is a wonderful film with Kate Winslet and Johnny Depp and is the story of the writer of Peter Pan

I remember him from 'August Rush' and 'Spiderwick' when I was young and watched his movies. He truly evolved into a phenomenal actor and you can see humility in his craft

I wish I had written what I thought within seconds of this episode ending. This Series Finale of THE GOOD DOCTOR deserves to be up there on lists of the great Series Finales of History. I consider THE GOOD DOCTOR as good as the Prestige Dramas that were recognised critically and at Award Seasons. I have rewatched the Show from S1E1 and it holds up. God Bless All on THE GOOD DOCTOR and it's magnificent Crew. I did yearn for more episodes of S7 and yes I wanted more from San Jose St Bonaventure Hospital like alot of its regular Viewers. I do think FREDDIE HIGHMORE and those who made the decision to end it last month were wiser than me. To go on may have risked the consistent quality of the six full seasons and the farewell Season 7. Bravo and BRAVA to THE GOOD DOCTOR and THANK YOU for moving me and showing LOVE wins in many unexpected ways each and every episode.

They've ended The Good Doctor, but Grey's Anatomy should've ended years ago. We'd prefer The Good Doctor getting a longer run, as the quality of characters and development and stories are much more interesting.
