Allotment letter generated by Builder before BBA, is it provisional? Can builder claim 10% of total value as penalty if buyer withdraws from the project before signing BBA but got a allotment letter after booking from Builder?

@@venkatiyer5805 Don’t opt any such option if you are not confident….. They will give you N number of reasons but stay strong and follow RERA guidelines…. RERA guidelines will help you here…. and remember that if builder goes down than RERA will complete your project but that is a long process
