QUIMICLATGE - Chemical recycling demostrator for the footwear sector

The Valencian footwear industry needs supplementary methods to mechanical recycling in order to improve the sector's circular economy. The solution involves implementing the chemical recycling of the different elements that make up a shoe.
To this end, INESCOP has developed the chemical recycling demonstrator, QUIMICLATGE, which has received funding from the Regional Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism.
