It's been a rough season for the Eagles, but going from 5-7 to 8-7 and in control of their own destiny, while with a still-healthy Carson Wentz is pretty good. There's also a lot of talk about "quality wins" and "beating teams with winning records". Well, if you're an Eagles fan, think of this: the Eagles beat the Packers, Bills, and Bears this season and so-far have only lost once to a divisional opponent. The Cowboys on the other hand lost to the Packers, Bills, and Bears pretty convincingly, and so did the rest of the NFC East. Eagles imo are most deserving of the division, and even at 8-7 (and maybe 9-7 soon) it was still a pretty productive season, especially considering all of the injuries and overcoming struggles.

@Exyll I know. I'm just sayin, if there had to he a winner of the division, and I could pick one, I'd pick the Eagles over the other 3. They are banged-up, but they have the spirit of a playoff team. Lol
@Exyll also what's cool is that the Eagles finally broke their losing streak against the Cowboys. The last time they beat the Cowboys was their first 2017 matchup with them. I'm not saying they'll definitely make noise if they end up making the playoffs. I'm just sayin there's reason to still be optimistic about this team if you're an Eagles fan. The season wasn't as good as it could've been... that being said there were still redeeming qualities.

If Dak wasn’t healthy enough to play and was going to be that bad, he shouldn’t have played. So stop with the excuses. Dallas lost to a QB with all practice squad WRs and some of the worst DBs in the league. Wentz has been better than Dak. It's not a large margin but almost every unbiased fan or GM or etc would choose Wentz over Dak. If you know football, all you have to do is watch the games and not rely on stats all the time. You give Wentz the Cowboys roster with TWO 1000 yard WRs. Not one but TWO. Wentz didn't have one WR that reached 500 yards. Also add in an Elite RB with a talented defense all around. They'll be title contenders. Give Dak this Eagles team and we'd be sitting at home like the Cowboys currently are.
People missed on Dak. That isn't Wentz fault lol. I don't care where they were drafted, they're both established pros in the league now and Wentz is better. I don't know how you think y'all got better value lol? Wentz actually was a BIG part of bringing the Eagles their first Super Bowl. He gave them the best record with home field throughout the Playoffs and would have won MVP if he did not get hurt. It's no Super Bowl without Wentz. So I am sure almost anyone would rather draft Wentz at 2 if they knew they'd get a Super Bowl out of it and then fast forward to now and see he's still taking us to the Playoffs. I'll say we got MUCH more value.
