As per the recent judgement of supreme court in case of Vineetha sharma vs Rakesh sharma the supreme court declared that whether the father died or not it doesn't matter the daughter is eligible for an equal share of property as of this brother.

Praising of supreme court is nothing but u r the slave of supreme court. Shankareppa, u repeatedly praising supreme court. If u do not have the right to criticise the supreme court do not praise them. We do not have any plot form to criticise supreme court. Judges r also part of our society.

To sell a minors property the care taker should approach the court & will have to get permission for the sale that too it should be for the good sake of the minor
Ex: For minor's education purpose etc..
