Perfect ! many thanks to share, will made it one ! please where are you finding the correct fiber ( and choices in color ) to make hair, beard...thanks for your support.............have fun with your Joe's.........take care : )
Thanks for watching 👍 I can't say the hair on these figures are soft, it's really a fuzzy feeling. More than a flocked poster. The flocking fibers come in different lengths, so I know that would have a bearing on the softness end result. Sounds like a interesting project, good luck!
I've used two different suppliers for flocking in the past (idk if Google may provide more on a search now), but these are who I've ordered from: www.flockit.com/order/products/soft-flock/soft-flock-fibers/gi-joe-flocking-fibers-1-2oz-bag-701-sp restoredoll.com/doll-flocking-gi-joe-size-dolls/
Thanks Tim , I just got a near mint 1973 Joe with a small bald spot on blonde beard. I may have to try this method . The only other issue is the tip of his nose is missing, Do you have any ideas on how to fix that issue ? Thanks again for your informative fun videos !
Thanks Mark, that nose is something I haven't encountered yet but I guess if I were to try I'd give some epoxy putty a go at it. I've used it to repair/replace broken thumbs on GI Joe figures from the 80s
Totally awesomeness Brother Thanks for sharing Your passion and adventures! Superb idea! Looks awesome 😀👍♥️🇺🇸🇨🇦♥️💯💯
Thanks for watching 👍
Excellent Idea 💡 For Joe’s with Hair Issues!!
Yeah there's no shortage of vintage GI Joe Fuzz-Heads with bald spots (just like real life 😅)

Where do you get the rayon fibers from?
