The subtitles are super helpful since i usually watch at work (I work from home) and I usually have to pause the video and wait while they put me on hold, but now I dont have to and its nice.
I run a version of this deck, with great success. I would suggest adding in Teferi's Tutelage and/or Psychic Corrosion. Tutelage and Corrosion are a completely passive wincon, where each of them will mill the opponent for 2 cards, every time you draw a card. Needless to say, you are drawing A LOT, and so you can easily tear through the opponent's deck without spending any additional mana beyond the 3 to place the enchantment (ie. each clock cycle mills for 14 with one out, or 28 with both out). Also, Dark Ritual is a great card if you get it in your starting hand. A turn 2 Rusko is enough to get most opponents to just scoop and I have never lost a game after hitting that start.
Congratulations! I've had the same exact vision for this card ever since spoiled and I was wondering if we could have as many Midnight Clocks as possible so we can draw 7 every turn. Happy to see it work!
I can't believe I forgot Panharmonicon in my list >.> I opted for less counterspells and more black spells that do stuff like "When ~ dies, return it to the battlefield..."
I put together my own historic deck (not brawl, regular historic) where im using 4 copies of him and 4 of Oracle of the alpha. oracle comboes with another card that lets me draw everytime i play a non creature spell. well if my blinking my oracle so many times then i can draw through 60 cards in a turn and still end up with a 100 cards left in my deck lol.
Such a unique alchemy commander really wish there was a paper variant cause this has some great casual potential also my boi Thrakkus made a cameo so a 10/10
nobody in their right mind would want to play with you using this deck casually. you think they want to just sit there all day while you tap, retap, and manage endless clock counters? i play with this in mtga and people cannot even stand it. half the people scoop when they see the commander. it is fun for nobody but the deck user
@@MTGGnome1 something to consider. you know the old adage whats worse than one of something is 2 of . Rusko is a perfect example of this. consider Spark Double, Irenicus's Vile Duplication, possibly helm of the host ((but at 9 mana total I think its just a bit to slow to reliably work but if you get it off LOLS.)) but once you have 2 the drain and clock ticking just that much faster. now I know it might be loath to speak about but Rusko goes off with Paradox engine and mostly by himself with say a another mana rock and tomb of the infinite. No need to Aetherflux rusko gonna kill the opponent himself during the shennanigins
I built Rusko just this week before your vid dropped! I made mine an artefact control deck. It’s been goin OFF Favourite line of play was using a Phyrexian Metamorph to copy an Aetherflux Reservoir and gaining 2 life while draining my opponent with each non-creature artefact I cast 😅 Had to throw some flicker spells, Thassa and Displacer Kitten into my build too
I built him wht gyruda as companion going full dimir blick and is super fun, i also made an artifact deck using paradox engine to win but is too tryhard for my liking; anyway super fun commander
I'm waiting for my excessive scooping email from WotC. I originally built Chandra, Awakened Inferno to hate out all the "clever" people who think they're the first person to discover infinite extra turns, and I'm still not showing up to play with this bs.
A really fun commander and I think I'm going to start doing subtitles in the deck list.

Turn 2 rusko is always a GG lol as much fun as I had with this deck, the card is just too powerful for me to want to make adjustments for a deck.

It's crazy. A friend says he's sort of like golos in that he gives card advantage and cheaper commander tax
