ดีย์ไปฝึกงานที่บริษัท DIFA บริษัทเอเจนซี่ชื่อดัง ที่กำลังโดนพิษโควิด กำลังต้องหาเงินมาช่วยพยุงบริษัทให้อยู่ต่อได้ ตกลงขายหุ้นให้คุณปู่ของดีย์และรับข้อตกลงไล่พนักงาน LQBTQ ออก ดีย์ได้เข้ามาฝึกงานจึงได้มาเจอกับไนท์ senior Marketing ที่ไม่ชอบทำงานกับใคร บวกกับดีย์หน้าเหมือนแฟนเก่าของไนท์ที่ทิ้งไนท์ไปในวันแต่งงาน ทำให้ไนท์ไม่อยากยุ่งกับดีย์ แต่ด้วยความตั้งใจของดีย์ จึงทำให้ไนท์ใจอ่อน จนทำให้เกิดความรักขึ้น เมื่อคุณปู่รู้เข้าจึงเข้ามาควบคุมบริษัท DIFA และไล่ไนท์ออก
สองธีร์ หนุ่ม AE มือวางอันดับ1 ในเรื่องการขาย แต่กลับไม่กล้าเปิดเผยความรู้สึกให้วีวี่ รุ่นน้องในมหาลัยได้รู้ จนได้มีอากาสมาทำงานด้วยกัน แต่ก็ยังไม่คืบหน้า เพราะสองธีร์และวีวี่ต้องเป็นคู่ปรับกันตลอด เมื่อดีย์รุ่นน้องเข้ามาจึงช่วยทำให้สองธีร์มีโอกาสได้บอกความรู้สึก แต่วีวี่จะรู้สึกด้วยไหม ความรักของทั้งคู่ จะเป็นยังไงในรรักป่วนก๊วนออฟฟิศ
Dee, the last remaining kin of the multi-million baht family wants to prove himself to his grandpa to see that he has talent. He also wants to live his life the way he wants to so he decided not to intern at his grandpa’s company. Because grandpa loves his grandchildren very much and wants to keep Dee in his sight, grandpa then secretly buys shares at the company Dee is interning at. Dee interns at a company called DIFA, a well known agency that has been affected heavily by COVID and needs resources or they will go bankrupt. After agreeing to sell shares to Dee’s grandpa with the condition that all LGBTQ employees must leave, Dee interns and meets Knight- a senior marketing employee. Knight does not like working with others and tries to ignore Dee. Because of Dee’s passion, it made Knight more open minded and love is sparked between them. When grandpa hears about this, he decides to take control of DIFA and fire Knight.
Songthee, the number one AE in the company excels in dealing with customers but has trouble with expressing his emotions and feelings towards Veve. Songthee knew Veve since university and decided to apply at the same company as Veve. There is no progress between them because of work conflicts as both of them are AEs. Dee, coming from the same university as Songthee, helps him express his feelings. The question is, will Veve feel the same? How will it turn out in Work From Heart?

I freaking love Dee. He's so the don't waste my time Gen Z in a job interview bc he knows full well that the lady should have been more prepared and doesn't want to deal with BS. He also doesn't give a shit what she thinks and is prepared to bite back and stand up for himself. I love him so much already. In stark contrast to his friend. Wow. The stereotypes and relatability.

Thank you for sharing this series. So far all the characters are full of color a little over drama for me but that isn't a bad thing. I love the characters and so far the story is very interesting. Glad the main actors are doing another project from Friends with Benefits. They seem to work very well together as a main couple. I am looking forward to how this will play out.

@@ShydenMoon Of course! The ones with Jeff (i.e. the good ones) were 'He, She, It' and 'Ingredients: The Series'. He was then a main character in 'Love With Benefits' (pretty bad) and a supporting character in 'Bite Me'. He was going to be in KinnPorsche with Jeff too (he was in the original trailer) but that ended up not working out for him as they said he was too old for the role, which is a shame - I like Barcode, but I think Jeff felt a bit awkward being in an age gap couple onscreen. I really love Gameplay and what he does, and he's a trained chef in real life and came up with all the food he made in Ingredients himself!

@@Bucherviews In KinnPorsche I heard they wanted all the actors from the original one but some they couldn't get again, of cast there were couple of changes. I heard that Gameplay wanted to be in it , but he had other projects line up. Also Green who play Time couldn't play the role from the original series.

The reaction of the grandfather's "accepting" a gay grandson is over the top, abrasive, and over states the position and thus a missed opportunity to help the viewers see a mature response to the life style alternative. The grandmother's love of the grandson is touching but here again a missed opportunity to show a balance view.
