This was super helpful. At first, I found the Phaedo difficult. But after rereading Homer, the Pre-Socratics and a few of the other dialogues, I understand it better now. Pierre’s insight is very appreciated. He is so very good at explaining things. I am now on to the commentaries of the Phaedo by Olympidorus and Damascius

Awful ! This guy is completely uninspiring . Far too discursive ! We all love eccentric lecturers but there's a limit !
Rambling vaguely for an hour whilst constantly referring
to notes is a joke !!
